Our Facilities 

Workshop occupies an area of 20,000 m2. 

More than 300 sets of equipment that have been specially designed for the manufacturing of the pressure vessels. 

Workshop crane capacity is 100 tons max

Tube to tube sheet automatic welding robot（TPWR-6）; 

Plasma arc welding machine（3 sets）

Tube sheet automatic welding machine（4 sets）, 

Laser/plasma controlled cutting machine, 

CNC milling machine and etc.

Annual turnover 600 sets total have 6000t.

 Max dimension: ID 5.3m, Length 80m, Weight 150t

 Max lifting capacity: 50t per single crane, Total 100t

 Max cutting thickness of plasma cutting machine: 50mm (Stainless steel)

 Max rolling thickness: Cold rolling 50mm(Stainless steel)

 Our product can fulfill the requirements of GB/ASME/PED/CE/TRCU/DOSH code.

Design as per code ASME VIII-I/EN13445/TEMA/GB150/GB151

 Use HTRI program for thermal calculation

 Use SW6/PVE-Lite for mechanical calculation

 Use SolidWorks/ANSYS etc. for modeling and simulation

We can provide package and delivery as per client’s requirement.
