· High-efficiency heat transfer: multiple tubes in parallel + folded plate design, heat transfer coefficient 600-8000 W·m⁻²·K⁻¹.

· Pressure and temperature resistance: design pressure 0.6-4.0 MPa; temperature -20 ℃~600 ℃ (titanium alloy customized)

· Flexible materials: shell/tube bundle can be selected from carbon steel, 304/316L, titanium, Hastelloy, copper-nickel, etc.,

   to adapt to strong acids and alkalis, salt spray and other corrosive media

· Convenient maintenance: floating head and U-tube can be extracted as a whole to realize online mechanical cleaning.

SELECTION:

• Large temperature difference → floating head type; small temperature difference → fixed tube and plate type
• Easy fouling on shell side → floating head or U-tube
• Corrosive media → 316L, titanium or Hastelloy

MAINTENANCE:

• Regular chemical cleaning or mechanical through the ball;
• Monitor pressure drop and temperature difference to detect leakage or blockage

NOTES:

For quick quotation or process calculation, it is recommended to provide: name of medium, inlet and outlet temperature/pressure, flow rate, corrosivity and installation space limitation, YITENG pressure vessel can be completed within one week of the selection and layout.
