Thin Film Evaporator

· Structure: composed of evaporator, vapor-liquid separator, preheater’s three parts and a simple separator, the evaporator is a rising film type tube heat exchanger.

· Working principle: Rotor on the scraper scrapes the material on the heating surface into a thin liquid film, so that the material is heated evenly on the surface, binging high evaporation efficiency.

·  Advantages:

i. High evaporation efficiency: the material is heated for a short time, and the evaporation volume is large.

ii. Wide range of application: suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries of dilute solution concentration.

iii. Good corrosion resistance: stainless steel is used in the parts contacting with materials, in line with the sanitary requirements of pharmaceuticals.

iv. Flexible operation: evaporation system can be fully automatic controlled.

v. Low-temperature operation: operating at a temperature far below the boiling point of the material, which is conducive to the separation of high-boiling point, heat-sensitive and easily oxidized materials.

vi. High separation: it can separate the materials which are not easy to be separated conventionally.

· Application Scenario: Suitable for the evaporation of heat-sensitive materials, and occasions with high requirements for the residual of low-boiling materials, such as fine chemicals, pharmaceutical field, food industry, etc.
